The practice of mindfulness and meditation is good for us. Wisdom has passed it through the ages and science continues catch up in support of its endless benefits. Our fears, anxieties, shadows and unease can all find a home within a mindful practice, cultivating greater healing with each practice.

That is what I am here to do. To share my own experiences of finding a home for depression, burnout and shadow in my mindfulness practice. To share how you too can transform fear into acceptance. To share the wisdom of the sages in a modern, accessible way. To show you that even 5 breathes a day can change your life.
